THE VILLA

​

Nestled on the hillside, facing the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac, Villa Nolen offers the ideal setting for having wonderful holidays and making life lasting memories.

​

Our 4 bedrooms villa can accommodate up to 8 people while preserving everyone's privacy.

​

The living spaces surround a quenettier, a local tree, which is the soul of the house. Whether the lounge around the swimming pool, the bar or the two large covered terraces swept by the ocean breeze, all will allow unforgettable moments of happiness.

​

At the back of the house a terrace sheltered by a straw pergola and surround by tropical plants serves as a second dining room on windy days.

​

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and benefits from the magical view of the different shades of blue and turquoise of the lagoon.

​

THE BEDROOMS

​

One bedroom opens onto the main terrace facing the lagoon.

​

The other three bedrooms are on the lower level which can be accessed by stairs on either side of the house. They all have access to a large covered terrace overlooking the lagoon

ACTIVITIES

​

 

At your request and throughout your stay, we can organise activities or excursions:

 

  • scuba diving

  • windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing,

  • trekking to discover the fauna, flora and magnificent viewpoints and natural pools,

  • sailing or motorboat trip,

  • yoga classes, in the gym, at the villa or on the beach for example,

  • a visit to a traditional house to discover the way of life in St-Barth in the old days,

  • etc.

We can also take care of your reservations  for restaurants, organise baby sitting, or have a private chef come to let you fully enjoy your holidays.

​
